What we are building, and what we are not
This reference is free, has no account, and will stay that way. It exists because we needed the answers ourselves and could not find them anywhere reliable.
The honest version
Separately from the reference, we are working on tools for the thing underneath it: knowing when you were underpaid, which claims are worth appealing, and whether the money you were contractually promised actually arrived. We are early. There is no product to buy, no demo, and no price.
What would help most right now is talking to owners about how this actually works in your store. If you want to be on the list for that, or for whatever we eventually ship, put your email in. Low volume, no drip sequence, unsubscribe in one click.
One thing we will not do. We will not ask you to hand over your MAC lists. Most provider manuals define those as confidential and bar you from giving them to a third party, and whether a vendor can lawfully receive them at all is an open legal question. Any tool that quietly asks for them is creating a problem for you, not solving one.
Advocacy, since people ask
Several states attach real penalties to a PBM that ignores these duties — Utah's new law carries $2,500 a day — and as far as we can tell nobody is holding anyone to them, largely because no one has assembled the evidence that they are being ignored. The tracker is the cheapest useful version of that evidence, and it is why the reports are worth the two minutes even when nothing comes of your own request.
