What the law says
No MAC law. "Maximum allowable cost" appears zero times in Conn. Gen. Stat. ch. 700c. PA 25-167 (2025) added a PBM duty of good faith and fair dealing and pricing/profit reporting, but no MAC provisions. CT pharmacies do have audit rights (§ 38a-479iii) and recoupment/gag-clause protection (§ 38a-477cc)
